Galaxy Bar is launching a new cocktail menu that's out of this world
The stellar new menu is inspired by the wonders of the galaxy…
Luxe late-night lounge, Galaxy Bar, is launching a brand new cocktail menu next week. Themed around the concept of constellations, the ‘out of this world’ menu will feature 12 new signature cocktails, designed to suit a variety of palettes.
Launching on August 3, the new menu features drinks such as ‘Venus You Got Me’, consisting of white tequila, mezcal, Campari, vermouth, Crème de cassis and red cherry. You’ll also be able to try ‘Mysteries of the Universe’, which has Japanese whisky, bourbon, cinnamon liqueur, roasted pineapple juice, lemon juice, agave syrup and bitters.
Other highlights include ‘Titan of the Sun’, with Greek brandy, green cordial, bitters and soda; as well as ‘Centaurus’ featuring cognac fine Champagne, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, cacao fortified wine, bitters and melba toast.
You would be forgiven if Galaxy Bar isn’t on your radar, it runs on a ‘if you know, you know’ profile. With capacity for only a handful of guests at a time, it’s not easy to get a reservation in the space-themed venue. It did, however, reach spot 67 in the coveted list of the World’s Best Bars in 2020.
With dark, moody lighting and chic, sophisticated furniture, the interiors of Galaxy Bar are ultra luxe. The low ceiling is kitted out with a Rolls Royce-esque constellation installation, while elegant gold stools face the bar as the expert mixologists get to work.
