Carnivores have their pick of the menu with dishes like the black Angus tartare, Sanchoku wagyu ribeye (a rare sight on the usual Dubai brunch menu), a cooked to order black Angus fillet or black Angus striploin, and melt-in-the-mouth Australian lamb chops. Seafood-lovers will relish the poached chilled seafood platter, crispy calamari, and fresh grilled salmon fillet. And no meal at Graze would be complete without the sides. Brunch comes with steakhouse fries, creamed spinach, grilled sweetcorn and the legendary truffle mac ‘n’ cheese with everything served to the table family-style.

All meat and seafood are sourced from the most prestigious of farms and only the finest beef cuts with most consistent marbling make it into the kitchen’s Josper charcoal oven.

Brunch concludes with a beautifully-arranged platter of sweet treats, including a warm chocolate tart, strawberry pavlova and baked Basque cheesecake along with an artisanal cheeseboard, carefully crafted and arranged by Graze’s culinary team.
