If you’re in the mood for something a little more exotic, there is also a collection of premium fizz-based cocktails available priced from Dhs60. There’s the iconic French aperitif Kir Royale; the always-classy Mimosa; Rossini (essentially a Mimosa but swapping the oranges for strawberries); Bellini (with peach); and French 75 – a soul-enriching elixir of gin, lemon and Champers.

There are other, deeper ways to explore the treasures of The Champagne Garden at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, too. On Fridays, from 7pm to 10pm, you can enjoy two glasses of Laurent Perrier Champagne with an appropriately fancy food platter for Dhs189 per person. And on Saturdays, the Garden invites you to indulge in free-flowing house beverages (excluding Champagne) with a food platter for Dhs375 per person. You can upgrade to a free-flow Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne package for an additional Dhs200 per person.
