Atlantis Dubai is back with the much-anticipated sixth edition of its Culinary Month, running from Friday, November 1, to Sunday, December 8. Across Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, the event promises a lineup of exceptional dining experiences and masterclasses led by world-renowned chefs, including Nobu Matsuhisa, Gastón Acurio, and Ariana Bundy.
The festival kicks off with Atlantis Restaurant Week, taking place from November 1 to November 10, where foodies can get discounted set menus at some of Dubai’s most acclaimed restaurants, from Milos and Hakkasan to Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar.
Atlantis The Palm’s White Beach, Bread Street Kitchen, and En Fuego offer two-course menus for Dhs150, while Atlantis The Royal’s Jaleo by José Andrés serves up a tapas menu for Dhs250 per person from 6pm to 9pm.
For those seeking a fine-dining experience, Atlantis The Royal’s Milos presents a four-course Greek menu for Dhs550 between 6pm and 7pm, and Dinner by Heston offers a Michelin-star British four-course set for Dhs680, including the famed Meat Fruit, from 6pm to 11pm.
Sushi aficionados can head to Nobu for a six-course menu at Dhs550 starting from 6pm, while Hakkasan nine-course sharing menu for Dhs550 is available from 6pm to 11pm.
And that’s not all, families can get hands-on with a series of weekend masterclasses across both resorts. Join masterclasses at Hakkasan to learn dim sum techniques or at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar for a perfect trifle tutorial, while En Fuego brings the energy with empanada-making fun. Estiatorio Milos at Atlantis The Royal will also host Greek salad and ceviche sessions, perfect for the whole family.
