The evening will begin with an early celebration for families and children at 9pm, so the little ones won’t be fighting to stay awake at 15 minutes to midnight. This celebration in particular is completely focused on the younger attendees with a specially picked playlist of children’s music, so they can dance the night away, confetti-blast countdown to mark the occasion and a stunning projection on Al Wasl dome, the world’s largest interactive and immersive projection surface. It’s bound to be an impressive one.

After the children’s celebration has finished, families are welcome to stay and continue having fun at Winter City, while adults are welcome in a fully licensed designated area within Al Wasl Plaza, so you can have a cheers to New Year’s. DJ Brooklyn will then take over the decks at 10pm, when it’s the adults turn to dance.

Then for the official countdown to 2025, everyone will be treated to a dazzling fireworks display at midnight, along with amazing projections. The celebrations are also part of CNN’s live New Year’s Eve broadcast so you might even spot Becky Anderson as you roam about the Al Wasl Plaza.
