What’s your new book about? The Gospel Of Loki is a retelling of the Norse myths, as narrated by Loki, the Trickster god.

What has been the proudest moment in your career? I feel both proud and humbled every time I meet someone who tells me that my work touched them.

How would you like to be remembered? She lived well, loved well and told the best stories.

Are you an early morning writer or a night owl? I work best in the mornings. I need good light to function.

What’s the most inspiring book you’ve read? Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury: a vivid reminder to us all of the overwhelming power of story.

And the funniest? The Inimitable Jeeves by PG Wodehouse. A comic master with a lightness of touch that leaves me breathless.

Kindle or a book? Either. Both. A book is a book, whether it’s on paper or screen.

What advice would you give to aspiring writers? Stop aspiring and just write. Then, write some more. Repeat as necessary.
