At the base of Jebel Hafeet in Al Ain, Wadi Adventure is a waterpark with a difference.

Instead of rides and slides, you’ll find more than a kilometre of white water rafting and kayaking runs. A giant conveyor belt drags you and your boat to the top of the rapids and from there there’s no turning back.

Whether you team up for a rafting session or go at it alone in a kayak, this is one adrenaline-drenched ride. Surfers, meanwhile, can use the manmade surf pool, which creates waves every 90 seconds. You can take a lesson near the shoreline.
