Almost 60 per cent of the floorspace has been leased out, with places like Waitrose, Vox Cinemas, Adidas, Breitling, French Connection and Montblanc setting up shop.
Living green walls run up the atrium.
While an opening date for the Nakheel Mall is yet to be set, Nakheel have said in a statement that they’re hoping to launch by Q3 this year.

Alongside the mall you’ll find The Palm Tower – a 52-storey hotel and residential complex, which is looking to be finished in 2018. The first 18 floors of The Palm Tower will be taken up by a St Regis hotel, with 504 luxury residences occupying the rest of the building.
Close to the rooftop, on the 50th floor, you’ll find none other than one of the world’s highest infinity pools, as well as a restaurant on the 51st, and a viewing deck on the 52nd.

The St Regis won’t just have a hotel though, they’re also set to open a beach club as part of Nakheel’s Palm West Beach complex which will offer dining, leisure and fitness venues, as well as its own infinity pool stretching almost 100m along the seafront.
Those staying in the St Regis in The Palm Tower will gain free access to the club, whereas residents of The Palm Tower will benefit from membership deals.
