The Grammy award-winning artist will be performing for one night only.

One of the world’s leading opera singers is heading to Dubai this year, it has been announced.

Renowned Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel will perform at Dubai Opera on December 3.

It will be the opera star’s first performance at the venue (which opened its doors in August last year).

WHO IS SIR BRYN?

As one of the most sought-after voices in the world, Sir Bryn has sung to sell-out crowds in some of the biggest concert halls around the world.

Throughout his illustrious career he has picked up two Grammy Awards and four Classical Brit Awards.

The “Sir” part of his name is a recent acquirement – he was knighted in this year’s New Year Honours for services to music.

Tickets will go on sale on February 5 and can be purchased on dubaiopera.com.
