Mexican head chef Humberto Canales has debuted a new, streamlined menu at pan-Latin restaurant Bu!. There’s 20 new dishes to try ranging from ceviches and tiraditos topped with caviar and truffles to main courses such as lomo al trapo (beef tenderloin covered in cloth and cooked over charcoals).

That most British of meals, the roast dinner, is now available at Marco Pierre White’s Steahouse And Grill. Try an Uber-style yacht service in the capital
