So, now that you know what’s on your doorstep, what will the living conditions be like? The 62-storey tower will have one, two and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom penthouses, as well as spacious podium-level townhouses with private gardens.
It will boast uninterrupted views of Downtown Dubai and the new Dubai Creek Tower – which, when complete, will be Dubai’s new tallest tower, soaring past the 828-metre Burj Khalifa to stand at 928 metres high.
What else? Residents of The Grand will have exclusive access to a lounge space on the rooftop, while marine enthusiasts will be able to enjoy a world-class marina that can berth yachts of various sizes.
There will also be an infinity pool, cabanas, play areas for families, tennis court, multi-purpose sports lawn, BBQ area, and more.
Emaar is launching the sale of the residences on March 8 – so that gives you three days to scrape together a deposit. Otherwise, dreaming is free…
