Because there’s no better way to find your zen than in amongst a million blooms…

Love Disney? Big yogi? Fan of finding your zen alfresco? If any of these sound like you, you need to head along to Dubai Miracle Garden this weekend, as the Dubai attraction is set to host a one-off yoga class in the gardens of the Disney Avenue.

The hour-long class will take place at 9.30am on Saturday March 16 to the stunning backdrop of the giant floral Mickey Mouse and Friends structures.

Registration will open from 9am at the garden’s VIP entrance, with the lesson included in the standard entry fee of Dhs50 for adults and Dhs40 for children under the age of 12. You’ll need to arrive plenty in advance though, as places are limited and will be given on a first come, first serve basis.

The lesson will be open to all abilities of adults and children aged 8 years and above, and will be led by trained yoga instructors from Dubai-based Yoga Ashram. Be sure to bring your own mat, as these won’t be provided.

You’re still welcome to bring the little ones along, with fun activities on offer for children under eight such as a face painting, a ball pit and colouring.

Once the lesson finishes, guests are welcome to enjoy a morning in the Dubai Miracle Garden, touring the 72,000 square metre space and marvelling at super-sized floral structures of Disney characters Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck and Goofy, plus more than 1 million blooms within the garden.
