Etihad Airways recently launched a new promotion whereby all customers who travel with Etihad and connect through Abu Dhabi  passengers who connect through Abu Dhabi will get a free two-night’s stay in a five-star hotel in the Capital.

Unsurprisingly, the move was a massive hit – so the Abu Dhabi-based airline has announced that the offer has been extended until the end of this year.

Guests can choose from a range of 15 hotels located across the city including the Crowne Plaza, Radisson Blu, Intercontinental Abu Dhabi and the Courtyard by Marriott WTC, depending on availability.

The offer gives people on long-haul flights the chance to explore the vibrant and cultural UAE capital, and beat the jet lag at the same time. Sounds like a brilliant incentive to us.

You can avail the promotion by booking online through etihad.com or via a travel agent by December 1. The offer will be available for travel right up until December 31.

If you’re booking online, you’ll need to select a multi-city flight which will then direct you to the stopover booking page once the booking is confirmed. You’ll then be able to choose a hotel package with one of the many hotel partners on this promotion.
