You can now catch a bus to Legoland, MotionGate & Bollywood Parks
This will save you on either cab fare or parking
Dubai is home to some pretty killer theme parks. Trouble is, many of them are located outside the city limits making them difficult (and expensive) to get to if you don’t drive. Even if you do have a car, you usually still need to spring for a parking pass for the day, so it all adds up.
There’s some good news, however, as the RTA has announced it will be launching a brand new bus route specifically to Dubai Parks & Resorts from Tuesday 17 April.
#RTA opens new bus route to and from Dubai Parks & Resorts and improves others this Tuesday, April 17. For more details, visit: https://t.co/OuTQlDLinJ pic.twitter.com/EF4mvKiX8d

From tomorrow, you’ll be able to catch the DPR1 public bus from Ibn Battuta Metro Station to Legoland, MotionGate and Bollywood Parks and back using a standard Nol card.
The bus route will also pass via several other locations along the way including the Food Corner of Ibn Battuta Mall and The Gardens Junction at Jebel Ali before heading directly to Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Now all we need is a similar service to IMG Worlds of Adventure and we’re set for a weekend of hardcore theme-parking!
