The all-villa resort will be the third St Regis property in the capital

Abu Dhabi’s staycation scene is heating up with a stunning new St Regis property, set to bring Maldives-style resort living to the capital. From 2029, we’ll be able to check in to The St Regis Mirfa Beach Resort, a breathtaking all-villa sanctuary unrolling along the serene shores of Mirfa.

Oozing endless natural beauty, the low-lying resort will unroll along a private stretch of beach and will be home to just 63 private villas, where guests will be able to reside in their own private slice of paradise. The collection of villas will all be either nestled on the beachfront or seamlessly designed to float overwater, Maldives style. Each will be adorned in contemporary, island-inspired hues and seamlessly meld between indoor and outdoor spaces. Every design detail has been considered to ensure this feels like a true oasis: think stretching sea views, floating pools, upper and lower decks and even private lifts. Of course, all guests at The St Regis Mirfa Beach Resort will benefit from St Regis’ signature service delivered by your personal butler.

When you can tear yourself away from the villa, there’s plenty else to look forward to on the property. An array of dining experiences will please all palates, guests will be able to take a dip in one of the swimming pools, relax in the spa, and challenge their serve with a game of padel. For little guests, a kids club promises endless hours of fun.

The upcoming St Regis property marks the third hotel from the brand in Abu Dhabi, joining The St Regis Abu Dhabi on the Corniche, and The St Regis Saadiyat Island.

New hotels aplenty

Ritz-Carlton Reserve

As Abu Dhabi’s leisure scene develops, so does its hotel pipeline – and there’s so many new addresses set to open in the coming years. We’re already mentally checking in to the UAE’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve, coming to Ramhan island in 2029, and planning trips around the ultra-luxe Al Nawras private island resort, a new LXR hotel under development off the capital’s coastline.
