Plan your route ahead of the ADNOC Al Ain Half Marathon with these key road closure details

Motorists in Al Ain should plan ahead this weekend, as several roads around Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium will be closed for the ADNOC Al Ain Half Marathon on Saturday, November 8.

Authorities confirmed that road closures will be in place from 2am to 10am on race day to ensure the safety of runners and spectators. The half marathon kicks off at 6am, followed by the 10km and 5km races at 6:45am, and the 2.5km run at 7am.

The event is expected to draw hundreds of participants and supporters, so drivers are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes where possible. Traffic flow will gradually resume once all runners have cleared the course.

For those taking part, the Race Village at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium will be open from Wednesday, November 5, to Friday, November 7, between 3pm and 10pm. On race day, doors open early at 5am and close at 12pm.
