Book a holiday with Emirates’ flash sale

Check out this cool new burger restaurant

High Joint has certainly earned its stripes when it comes to being known as one of the top burger eateries in Dubai. High Joint recently opened up a new branch in Al Kawaneej with a brand new menu featuring some out-there creations such as the ‘Waffle Waffle’ which is a crispy chicken burger crammed between two potato waffles, drizzled in buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and even maple syrup. For beef lovers, check out ‘The H’, a beef patty loaded with cheese, candied bacon, fried crispy shallots and homemade aoili. It’s cheat day goals and we’re here for it.

Do something cultural

Tales from the East

A 10-day exhibition, named Tales from the East will run at Sharjah Book Authority’s headquarters in Sharjah until May 7. The exhibition will feature early written materials including books and manuscripts, and a collection of rare artefacts, altogether estimated to be worth over 60 million dirhams. The exhibition will also feature a series of cultural sessions and panel discussions led by eminent historians and archaeology experts. Find out more here.

Tee off at Topgolf

If you haven’t yet made it to one of Dubai’s coolest attractions, Topgolf, you really should. Not just for those with an interest in golf, there are different games designed for all ages and skill sets, and it’s really just about having fun. Find a hidden gem, with the beautiful jungle-themed Desert Garden cafe in Jumeirah. Desert garden serves up a range of dishes that are almost too Instagrammable to eat, from hearty breakfasts to innovative mains and incredible desserts.

Go for a wallet-friendly pool day

Feel like you’ve tried and tested the city’s range of pool days and deals, why not check out cool spot The Pangolin at The Els Club in Sports City?
